Custom Wood Foundation Design
There is no such thing as a "GENERIC" Wood Foundation design. All Superior Wood Foundations are custom designed for each individual job. Stud sizes, stud spacing, plywood thickness, nailing schedules and load bearing pad size and location calculations are based on building design, building weight, backfill depth, and job site soil bearing capacity.

Our designs are Tech Report 7 compliant and are accepted by  building departments nationwide. (Click here for acceptance information) Design service is included free with the purchase of any Superior Wood Foundation package. Designs include Foundation plan, Loading Calculations, and  Detail and Specification booklet, compiled for your individual foundation project. "Third party" designs or inspections are not  required  or necessary.
